How many hours a day must I wear my aligners?

For the treatment to be successful and stay on schedule, you must wear your Invisalign aligners for 20 to 22 hours every day. You should only remove them to eat, drink (anything other than plain water), brush, and floss.

Does Invisalign treatment hurt?

Invisalign treatment is generally much more comfortable than traditional metal braces. You may experience a feeling of pressure or mild soreness for the first 1-2 days after switching to a new tray, which is a normal sign that the aligners are successfully moving your teeth.

Can I eat whatever I want during treatment?

How long does Invisalign treatment take?
